Wise Pelican Affiliate Partnership Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Wise Pelican Affiliate Program. Participation in this program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms, which form a binding legal agreement between you, the affiliate, and Wise Pelican.

2. Affiliate Obligations

2.1. To begin the enrollment process, you will complete and submit an online application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion.

2.2. You must use the Affiliate Program in a manner that demonstrates common sense and respect for the rights of Wise Pelican and third parties.

3. Commissions and Payment

3.1. As an affiliate, you will receive:

5% commission for all sales directly referred by you for two years from the referred user’s sign-up date.

3.2. Commissions are earned on sales occurring within 2 years from the date a user signs up via your affiliate link. After the two-year period, no further commissions will be paid for that user.

3.3. Payments will be calculated monthly and paid out within 30 days of the end of each calendar month, provided the commission owed is more than $50. If your earned commissions are less than $50, they will be held until such time when your total commissions equal or exceed that amount.

3.4. If a transaction on which a commission is paid is later refunded or a chargeback occurs, Wise Pelican will reclaim any paid commissions associated with that transaction.

4. Modification of Terms

4.1. We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Affiliate Program rules.

5. Limitations of Liability

Wise Pelican will not be liable to you with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, tort, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including, without limitation, loss of revenue or goodwill or anticipated profits or lost business), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wise Pelican and its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal expenses, arising from or related to your affiliate marketing activities or breach of this Agreement.

7. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate Program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause.

8. Acceptance

By signing up for the Wise Pelican Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
